Joel O Valencia Lived in Washington D.C before settling in Miami over twenty years ago.

From a young age, he has been interested in business selling anything he could get his hands on. Having numerous jobs in Sales which were compensated by performance, has shaped him into having an entrepreneurial mindset.

He has the ability to think outside the box in order to outperform the competition, even just to overcome an issue at hand. He received multiple awards from all past employments.

Joel's resilience, tenacity, and endurance have been recognized by the University of Miami where he earned a bachelor's degree in Business.
Before turning to real estate, he worked for Merrill Lynch/Bank of America in the Chicago area, where his abilities in sales and finance were highly recognized.

Joel has lived for almost two-decade in the Miami Area, which has given him tremendous knowledge about its neighborhoods and unique culture.

Being able to speak Spanish and English fluently has made him excellent in the art of communication. Not only to convey his point but to obtain the best possible deal.
